DIRECTIONS TO THE CALABASAS SURGERY CENTER
SOUTHBOUND
- From the 101 Freeway Southbound
- Exit the Freeway at Parkway Calabasas
- Turn Left onto Calabasas Road
- Turn Right onto Park Granada
- Turn Left onto Park Sorrento
- Enter the 2nd Driveway on the Left
- Go straight for 150 yards
- You will see the Calabasas Surgery Center sign on your right
NORTHBOUND
- From the 101 Freeway Northbound
- Exit the Freeway at Valley Circle/Mulholland Drive and turn Left onto Valley Circle
- When you turn onto Valley Circle, make sure you are in the far Right Lane and turn Right onto Calabasas Road
- Turn Left onto Park Granada
- Turn Left onto Park Sorrento
- Enter the 2nd Driveway on the Left
- Go straight for 150 yards
- You will see the Calabasas Surgery Center sign on your right
